Psychologist specialising in relationships

Almost everything I hear in therapy is about love.

The relationship you want to fix. The breakup you can't get past. The dating that wears you out. The “do I stay or do I go?”.

Does any of this sound like you?

When dating, you get hooked on people who aren't quite available.

Understanding what draws you there and starting to choose differently.

Jealousy and mistrust are wearing your relationship down.

Rebuilding trust and no longer living on edge.

You and your partner have been stuck in the same arguments for a while.

Breaking the loop and understanding each other again.

Months after the breakup, you're still keeping an eye on their socials.

Truly closing the chapter, at your own pace.

You feel like you lost a bit of yourself in your last relationship.

Reconnecting with yourself and getting back what you left along the way.

You put everyone else first and always leave yourself for last.

Learning to put yourself on your own list too.

About me

Hi, I'm Marta

I'm a licensed health psychologist, and most of the people who come to me are here because of love: a relationship they want to improve, a breakup they can't quite close, or a partner they keep looking for who hasn't arrived yet.

But it rarely comes alone: that relationship issue ends up touching your self-esteem, brings on anxiety, or lands in the middle of a big life change. That's why I see each person as a whole — if you come for love and everything else shows up along the way, we can work on that too.

The way I work is warm, practical and tailored to each person. For me, therapy isn't only about talking through what hurts, but about understanding why it happens and finding a different way to face it.

Frequently asked questions

It's a video call of about 30 minutes, like a first interview, with no commitment. You tell me what brings you here, ask me anything you need, and we see if we're a good fit before we start.

I'll tell you clearly. If what you need is better suited to another kind of professional, I'll point you to someone who can help.

Yes. Relationships are my specialty, but they rarely come alone: they tend to be tangled up with other things, and we work on all of that too.

There's no standard number: every process has its own pace. What we do is set goals from the start and review them, so you always know where we're heading.

We usually start with one session a week and, as you progress, adjust the frequency to where you're at.

Yes. I work with both individuals and couples. If you're not sure which fits you best, we'll figure it out in the first call.

Shall we talk?
