Your privacy is essential, especially when handling sensitive information. This page explains how your data is handled when you use this website.
Data controller
Controller: Marta Segarra (NIF 51478049R, msegarra.psicologia@gmail.com). I process the data you send me through the contact form or WhatsApp to reply to you and, if we start working together, to manage your appointments.
What data we collect
Only what you choose to give me: your name, your email or phone number and what you tell me in your message, which may include information about your health. I process it with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or by writing to me. I keep it for as long as needed to reply and, if you start therapy, for the period required by Spanish health regulations. I don't sell or share your data for commercial purposes.
Services that receive data
Formspree, which receives messages from the form and forwards them to me by email. WhatsApp (Meta), if you message me there. Vercel, which hosts the site. Google, which measures visits and ads only if you accept its cookies. Some of these services are based in the United States and process data under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, take away or object to the processing of your data by writing to msegarra.psicologia@gmail.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
